Bollycise is a new dance class for fitness using Bollywood dance steps and music!
Classes are currently held every Thursday evening at Ashgrove. Class times, locations and costs can be found on our website.
We also run a small Bollywood dance performance group who are available for various events & functions.

Sheena is a trained classical dancer and has done several stage shows in Auckland where she is from. She has taught both boys and girls. She has been dancing since the age of 6 and has 4 years of experience as a choreographer.
